Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) identifies the privacy practices for the website, a property of Azrael Creatives (the “Site”), including the types of information we collect via the Site and how we use, share, and protect such information. This Policy applies to all visitors to the Site (collectively, “Users”). In this Policy, “we”, “us”, “our” and other similar references mean Azrael Creatives and “User”, “you” and “your” and other similar references mean a specific user of the Site. Please read this Policy carefully before providing any information. By accessing the Site or providing any information via the Site, you agree to the use of your information consistent with this Policy. Please do not use the Site if you do not agree with this Policy or any other policies on the Site.

What Information We Collect

Personally Identifiable Information You Provide Us. All Users have the option of providing personally identifiable information to us through the Site. Personally identifiable information may include, without limitation, your name, mailing address, telephone number, gender, age, e-mail address or any other information that identifies you or allows people to contact you. We may collect any personally identifiable information that you voluntarily supply on any of the Site’s pages. We also collect and store any personally identifiable information that you provide when you use any functionality on our Site, connect to our site through a third-party service, ask a question, complete a form, or send us an email. Please be advised that you are not obligated or required to submit any personally identifiable information via the Site; however, if you do not provide the requested information, you may not be able to access or use certain features and functions of our Site and we may not be able to provide you with certain services.

Information Collected Automatically. When you visit our Site, we automatically collect certain information about your visit using tracking technology. Such information may include, without limitation, your Internet Protocol address (“IP Address”), your unique device or user ID, system and browser type, the referring address website, the content and pages that you access on the Site, and the dates and times that you visit the Site. We may also capture the user agent string from your device which helps us classify the type of device you are using to interact with the Site (e.g. desktop, tablet, mobile device). The user agent string does not, however, collect any personally identifiable information. As further discussed below, we use technology, including cookies, web beacons, and other similar technology, to automatically collect certain non-personally identifiable information that we may then use for system administration, troubleshooting, general user statistics and analysis and to identify you when you visit our Site through your computer or mobile device to help us enhance your online experience and make our advertising more relevant to you. Certain features of the Services are only available through the use of this technology. In addition, aggregate download information may also be collected from this non-personally identifiable information. We may use this data for improving the products and services offered by us.

Cookies, Web Beacons and other Technology. As mentioned above, the Site may use cookies, web beacons and other similar tracking technology. Cookies are small text files that websites place in your browser when you visit them. When you return to the Site, the Site can access its previously placed cookie to uniquely identify your browser. Cookies accomplish several different things. They recall your preferences at a website, help content render more efficiently, and improve the overall user experience on a website. They can also help advertisers see what interests you and what advertising may be relevant to you. Our cookies do not collect personally identifiable information; the information collected via the cookies is in an aggregate, non-identifiable form. We do, however, store a unique identifier in the cookie that may tie back to a consumer record in our databases that contains personally identifiable information you have voluntarily provided us.

If you do not agree to this use of cookies, please disable them. In order to do this, follow the instructions provided by your browser (usually located within the “Help”, “Tools” or “Edit” menu). Disabling a cookie or category of cookie does not delete the cookie from your browser; you will need to do this yourself from within your browser by choosing the option to delete cookies. If you have disabled one or more cookies, we may still use information collected from cookies prior to your disabled preference being set, however, we will stop using the disabled cookie to collect any further information. Please be advised that, if you do choose to disable cookies, certain features of the Site may not be available to you and we may not be able to provide you with certain services. For further information on cookies, including how to see what cookies have been set on your device and how to manage and delete them, visit

“Web beacons” (also known as “single-pixel” or “clear” GIFs) include electronic images imbedded in the Site or in communications sent to you which are invisible to you. Web beacons collect information, such as identifiers, time and date of access, and descriptions of the pages or communications in which the web beacons are imbedded. The Site and communications sent by us to you may include web beacons. We may use the web beacons on the Site and in such communications for various purposes, including, without limitation, to track users who have visited our Site or who have accessed such communications.

Azrael Creatives may display certain advertising offers on the Site and/or allow service providers, advertising companies and ad networks and other third parties to do the same. Further, Azrael Creatives may use third party software to serve ads on the Site, implement e-mail marketing campaigns, and manage other interactive marketing initiatives. This third party software may use cookies, web beacons, or similar technology to help manage and optimize your online experience with us. We may also contract with third parties to serve ads on third party websites in order to optimize advertising campaigns.

Please note that this Policy does not apply to the use of cookies, web beacons and other similar technology by third parties, including our partners, affiliates, tracking utility company and service providers. We do not have access to or control over the cookies and other such technology used by such third parties or how they may be used and assume no responsibility with respect thereto. If you have any questions about an advertisement or other targeted content, you should contact the responsible provider directly.

By using the Site, you agree to the use of cookies, web beacons and other similar tracking technology in accordance with this Policy.

Information About Others. When you link a third-party account to your Azrael Creatives account (e.g. by signing in using your third-party account credentials or otherwise), we may collect and store personal information about your contacts and friends made available from those third-party services.  This information may include their photo, name, e-mail address, interests, and any other content you may have access to when you access such profiles on those third-party services.  If you provide consent when prompted, we may also collect and store information about your contacts from your mobile device address book.  Additionally, if you send an invite through our service we may store this information.  We use this information to provide the services you request, and allow you to invite your contacts to join Azrael Creatives.  We may also use and disclose this information to our third-party partners for marketing and promotional purposes.

Data From Other Sources. We may collect information about you from third party websites with which the Site connects (if any). If you arrive at the Site by “clicking through” from an email or another website, then certain information about you that you provided to that email sender or other website, such as the terms you were searching on that led you to the Site, may be transmitted to us and we may use it. You should review and understand the privacy policy of any website from which you reached the Site in order to determine what information was collected by that website and for what purpose(s) you agreed that website could use that information. We may or may not retain information about you provided to us by other entities. If we do, we will only use it in accordance with this Policy, unless otherwise directed by the applicable entity providing the information. Such information may or may not be associated with other User activity data or personally identifiable information.

In order to provide the services or certain offers to you in connection with this Site, we may also supplement your information (whether or not personally identifiable) with information from third party sources with whom we have contracted for the purpose of verifying the contact information you have provided. We may also obtain information about you from other sources, including affiliates, data aggregators, and public databases. The information we collect may be combined to create a more detailed picture of you, which allows us to better understand the products and services you might be interested in. Please note that we are not responsible for any actions, content of websites, or privacy policies of any such third parties. Please read and understand the applicable privacy policies of third parties when providing information via such third party websites or applications.
